chnological Innovation and Training

In July 2009, under the leadership of the production superintendent, the grass-roots leaders of M.Y. went to France for a 15-day systematic technical training about the production line, operation rules of each procedure, tooling and technology. The training enhanced the technical level of these leaders and the technicians, and sped up the systematic, standardized, uniform process of M.Y. with Manoir Industries (France).
