The labor union of M.Y., in the tenet of “For Every Staff’s Interests,” helps staff solve problems, appraises outstanding staff, encourages staff, organizes staff outing, holds colorful cultural activities such as holiday gala and basketball games, so as to enhance communication with the staff and reinforce the team cohesion.
